PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The premier Conference for mining investment in Latin America and the
Caribbean. Encourages dialogue between governments that "make the
rules" and the businesses, private companies and financial and investment
communities. Hundreds of senior level mining executives from all parts of
the world, governmental lawmakers and ministers, property owners, bankers,
institutional investors and mining analysts attend the Conference. It's the
place for deal making and promoting dialogue between power players in
Latin American markets and facilitating financing for worthwhile projects.
The countries of the Western Hemisphere hold great mineral wealth and
require large infrastructure project investment. This represents an excellent
investment potential for the savvy investor. In order to compete effectively in
the ever-tight international capital markets, the countries of the region are
promoting a positive investment environment and helping facilitate direct
investment by private enterprise.
