8th Annual
Investing in the Americas '99
The Fontainebleau Hilton Resort & Towers
Miami, Florida
March 28-30, 1999

PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The premier Conference for mining investment in Latin America and the
Caribbean. Encourages dialogue between governments that "make the
rules" and the businesses, private companies and financial and investment
communities. Hundreds of senior level mining executives from all parts of
the world, governmental lawmakers and ministers, property owners, bankers,
institutional investors and mining analysts attend the Conference. It's the
place for deal making and promoting dialogue between power players in
Latin American markets and facilitating financing for worthwhile projects.

The countries of the Western Hemisphere hold great mineral wealth and
require large infrastructure project investment. This represents an excellent
investment potential for the savvy investor. In order to compete effectively in
the ever-tight international capital markets, the countries of the region are
promoting a positive investment environment and helping facilitate direct
investment by private enterprise.

As the premier conference on mining investment in Latin America, Investing
in the Americas continues to bring together the governments and the
businesses, private companies and the ever important financial and
investment communities. This meeting will facilitate financing for worthwhile
mining and infrastructure projects while helping to attract educated, long

Hugh,

I was not kidding. You said "4 million buys and it did not go t 60 cents and you are wondering why."

Obviously not 4 million buys but an equal number of selling and buying yesterday which in my opinion is a good sign.

After Monday's close, everyone was about to have a party believing the stock was going to fly on Tuesday. When it did not happen some probably thought they should protect a little of their profit and sold a percentage of their position. Some traders may have sold their entire position.

The good news to me is that we had enough buyers coming in to hold the stock steady. The market was very efficient yesterday. Once the profit takers are out, the MM's will not hold back the stock. A 4 million share day with a high percentage of buyers will get the stock a lot higher.

Until then, we continue to build a higher and higher base. Hackensack was not built in a day.
