The defendants' malicious, false and defamatory statements described above constitute libel per se as they are words tending to injure a person in his trade or business, many of which directly or indirectly charge Mr. Zwebner with criminal conduct, thus entitling plaintiff to a recovery without proof of special damages. #reply-6782020 Maybe the headline writer for your Wade Cook story equated defamation with slander but I don't think Zwebner did. He seems to be charging defamation and libel. Then again, I could be wrong, I'm not a lawyer. Tom
