Greg, Hi!!! RE: Not very good advertising for Tice. I agree...basically my rules for investing are simple...at least to this simple minded guy....I love optimistic people who have the ability to motivate...Dell and the management have an entire corporation filled with this type of people...if you saw what we saw this summer you'd understand that what you are learning on this thread is for real...reading about the continued "downloading" of work to management is very impressive...IMO they are starting all over again motivating new personnel and once again learning all the while...the best learner is the teacher...and teaching over and over to new personnel the message gets clearer and clearer to the new inductees...Michael Dell is a doer...he expects it from everyone...and everyone expects progress...too many businesses today rely on the next guy...Education is a prime example...it's always someone's else's fault or responsibility...I saw nothing like this in Austin..Just another reason why I can't get enough DELL... :o) Best, Kemble
