Then why didn't the Reagan & Bush Justice Dept's ever go after MSFT? - For instance, a NJ teacher was fired for being White; and the Black teacher stayed. - It went to Court. And the Bush Justice Dept supported the White teacher against the School District. - Once Clinton took office & appointed Reno, the Just. Dept flip-flopped & filed for support of the School District. This was unprecedented. - My point: This case against MSFT is more political than you can imagine. It's the DNC's way of paying off its liberal wing; and punishing MSFT for not contributing to the DNC along the way.
