if Auburn does win it all it will be a first. No team has ever won the tournament that hadn't been in the year before. I heard this on the tube this morning in specific reference to Auburn so I'm assuming your boys weren't in it last year.

Echo your War Eagle! but fraid my alma mater (Auburn) did not really deserve the 1 seed. They will have to play a lot better than they have recently to get past Ohio State and Maryland. Of course all must realize that the purpose of the tournament is not to find the 'best' team (we already know that is Duke); but to crown the winner of the tournament which is 'defined' as the National Champ. And we play all the games so that 63 of the 64 teams can end the season on a losing note.
