I hope Pete can settle this, but I also wonder what he can give them without giving up the future of the company. Brooks, I think Benny used correct word a couple of days ago - INTU is desperate. It'll take them a few days or may be weeks to realize that they'd better see CF gaining market share than anybody else. They are coming to terms. Do you remember the last CF statement. After all the fact had been explained, it said that INTU agrees with all the facts. In your journalist career, how many times have you seen that the defendant makes statements on behalf of the plaintiff, especially only two days after the suite was filed? Do we need to guess who is holding all the aces? The rest of the world have already figured it out. Look at the last two days price action. It's only we here that haven't stoped buzzing. <G> There's something masochistic in our enjoyment of self inflicted pain. <G>
