Does anyone know what's up with AMDD??? Friday 03/05/99 it issued this press release as posted on Yahoo: biz.yahoo.com But it was like a delayed reaction till today when it flat went balistic....UP 300% in one afternoon. Called the Co. & someone actually answered the phone who refered me to the IR..Paul Knopick..nice guy who emphasized the Co. has a real product but have just been under capitalized till this private placement mentioned in the PR.... My guess is that there is less than 1 mil shares in the float after the 80% exchange for funding..... Take a look for yourselves & good luck.... T. :-)
