I think I answered my own question when I jumped on the Edgar site. I edited my original message to include text from the amended 10-Q [your welcome ;-)]. 10-Q for playing where'd my money go....seems this was the price I paid the first time. But now is the time I own it at 35% higher (which more than offsets any gain so far), and don't have dough due to the HD sectors problems to average down. Darn it!!!!! Misery loves company...just not this Company. Or is it that this Company creates misery. But I digress. Getting this uncertainty out of the way should help the stock, I hope. Later, (-8 Dennis 8-) OT - The plus is both the 68 Mustang (my son's) and the Cobra are running with fresh engines and plenty of ponies. As soon as they break in completely then I can really find out how they run. There is an open track event at Laguna tomorrow. I think playing instructor will be much more fun then watching this market....
