Hi Richard,

I think the more appropriate response is nobody seems to know what to do. PCYC has an Alert for it's smaller block. An attention grabber. GLFD has no related news announcement Yet... I should think they would. It is the only responsible thing to do when 1.5 million trades hands and it is a large enough chunk of the #of shares outstanding.

I hope it is not a merger. These things usually create uncertainty. I have been looking to get into GLFD but if this is going to occur I am more skeptical that now is the time. I hate to wait till an announcement on just what is going on. Maybe I'll get half now and half later if it is a temporary negative uncertainty principle sort of speal...

PS: I like the SCIO rumor if true. The stock was nominally discounted. The buyback rumor is also inviting. Of course the most exciting rumor is the potential merger of the two entities.

BEST WISHES
JEFFREY
