I have no problem with CKFR promoting INTU's products as long as it doesn't put CKFR at a competitive disadvantage. Are there objections on this point?

Shane,
INTU and CKFR are not competitors. INTU once tried to be. They preferred to get 20% of CF for their losing money business. Now CF and INTU complement each other wherever it is possible.
CF's bread'n'butter business is bills processing. They need to gain as much market share as possible before other processors will be able to develop Pay Anyone technology and move in. If INTU blocks CF from the most of the market and TP gets in that place with its MS Money, would you like it?
Anyway, I hope that INTU and CF can figure something out.
