>>blame everything from Management to El Nino'(or how ever it's spelled) for our misfortune!

It is El Nino and La Nina for the effed up winter that follows.

And it officially ends this month!

My experience with Pascoe is that he is a superstar. Let's hope that we can blame him for what is about to happen! This quarter notwithstanding.

<<OT>> While we're all watching the paint peel... Here's some entertainment:

One day a blonde was horseback riding. Everything was going fine until the horse started going too fast and bouncing out of control. The blonde tried with all her might to hang on, but soon was thrown off. With her foot caught in the stirrup, she fell head first to the ground. Her head continued to bounce on the ground as the horse would not stop or even slow down. Just as the blonde was about to give up hope and was losing consciousness... The K-Mart manager came out and unplugged the horse.

I would like to clarify some comments I made recently regarding Mr. Jay Mowery. I begin with critical semantic clarifications. First, Jay needs some serious professional help. I would like to digress here. Just wait until someone gets hurt as a result of his pronouncements. Then, more people will agree that the worst classes of lazy combative party animals I've ever seen tend to dismiss reason, science, and objective reality. Jay justifies his unsavory nature by denying that I consider his morals antithetical to my principles as a person concerned for the good of all. Some people might object to that claim, and if they do, my response is: Any claim to the contrary is patently false.

People have pointed out to me that cowardice, irresponsibility, and jujuism are inextricably wedded in his refrains, but I still can't help but think that he should learn to appreciate what he has instead of feeling so oppressed because he can't do everything he wants, every time he wants to. It may be coincidence that Jay's litanies devastate vast acres of precious farmland. It may be coincidence that they do the entire country a grave disservice. And it may be coincidence that they utilize legal, above-ground organizing in combination with illegal, underground self-satisfied tactics to institutionalize sexism through systematic violence, distorted religion, and dubious science. But that's a lot of coincidence!

Before I knew anything about Jay, I was once an onlooker at a few of his mass demonstrations, without possessing even the slightest insight into the mentality of his buddies or the nature of his expostulations. To palm off our present situation as the compelling ground for worldwide alarmism is an injustice. It's fine to realize that he is living testimony to the callow attitudes that play fast and loose with the truth, but it's more important to know that he is deeply involved emotionally in his attack on truth and reality. Jay just wants to avoid detection and punishment. From a purely technical point of view, his insinuations are a disgrace and an outrage. If we intend to defend democracy, we had best learn to recognize its primary enemy and not be afraid to stand up and call him by name. That name is Mr. Jay Mowery.
