Neither reasonable nor prudent

While I don't agree with everything this person wrote, he did bring up some good points:

>>>Almost all the promoters of converting your assets into gold and silver are those that are selling it.<<<<

>>>>He also suggests that it is unreasonable to carry around gold and silver or to have it on your premises. It would only invite suspicion and theft.<<<

>>>>Hudson Marketing conducted a survey in two cities regarding panic buying. It found that people do not shop in preparation for a disaster until the disaster has unmistakably started - when the snow starts falling, the hurricane is less than a half day away,<<<

>>>Susan also recognizes how irresponsible it is to encourage people to leave the cities and their jobs.....<<<<

>>>>This will not be a problem like an ice storm where they have to bring in cranes, erect new towers, bring in trucks and put up new lines. This will be some guys turning some things off and on and resetting some machines and doing some coding."<<<<

Do what you feel is necessary to prepare for Y2K. Read BOTH sides of the coin and then make up your own mind.

I don't know for sure, but it is very possible that all this DOOM and GLOOM in the media , every single DAY, could cause a panic and drain store shelves the week before the new year.

The DOOM and GLOOM in the media will only get worse, I don't see it letting up at all.
