Based on what his stated goals were and what he accomplished, I don't think his grasp of the nuances of international geopolitical theory were that important, do you? 1 + 1 = 2 sometimes is more relevant than Karnaugh's Theorem or Boolean Algebraic Truth Tables.

On the other hand, your Yale educated Rhodes Scholar has shown that his grasp of foreign affairs is limited to how often he can get laid when he's out of the country. And to answer your question. No I never met Nixon, No I never met Ford, Yes, I met Carter, Yes I met Reagan, No I never met Bush, No I never met Clinton, and no I never met Johnson, but I did make a pilgrimage to Texas to piss on his grave. Something that I anticipate doing to Clinton's.

Hey Danny boy, aren't Schultz and Haig trying to sell books? Isn't that how you yellow dog Clintonistas discredit all of Bubba's detractors? Maybe that's why? Consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds. JLA
