I won't think so - Dell and NTAP recently announced a large cooperative arrangement.

I would be extremely surprised. EMC's main market AFAIK is still the Mainframe/Unix domain and in general PC based storage is a relatively new phenomenon. Also, I believe that DELL has strategic partnerships with NTAP and may be now with IBM as well.
