Good Morning Vitas:

I have been watching the 5-day ARMs on the NYSE. I am wary about this giving a false read against the trend which indicates that we are looking at buying pressure. I don't pay attention to the NASDAQ ARMs.

Yesterday the small money was ready and willing but the block money was not. So we ended up with an 800 million share day. I think it should have exceeded a billion if we were in an uptrend.

The INX appeared to give a false move out of its ascending triangle yesterday. It tried but could not break out on any volume. The INDU appears to be ready to roll over and test the apex of its symmetrical triangle. That would take it somewhere between 9380 to 9450.

The INDU volume is out of whack with the NYSE volume. Everything I see says we are on the verge of another violent move within the next two weeks. Sometimes these things just settle down from lack of interest too. However, I have noticed that I am more alert now than I have been since last October.
