Haven't the faintest idea - can't get much information off the thread either. But this is a stock trading around 7/8 - I remember reading somewhere that they had a fairly decent float (whatever that means). But I just don't understand why I stock would split 2 for 1 at this price range. It is a thinly traded stock - very low volume as a rule. I would think that they would rather have a higher stock price to attract more investors. Be it 7/8 or .40 - same calibre investor.
