Hey Coach....the explanation concerning why J.B. Oxford as able to buy the shares for $1.25 is completely wrong!! So why would this big shareholder not sell the shares in the open market?? Because he didn't want to?? I think not!! Did you read the rest of the news release?? There is additional debt that is being negotiated as part of the deal!! Get a clue!! In addition, the release says that all the shares that could have been sold by Oeri have been sold!! Anyone who spreads this kind of shit deserves to lose money!!

Thnx, the man behind the art of war has it right. We get offered cheap shares all the time to cover our shorts. It is definitely a sign of weakness. But the JBOH sheep will never learn for they are here just to be shorn...
