DIXS News - DiSX Media Lines Up Los Angeles Advertising

Advertising Schedules are being Negotiated with KABC TV, an ABC Owned Television Station, and Several Local Radio Stations

OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1999--DiSX Media, a division of Dynamic Information System &
eXchange Inc. (OTC BB:DIXS - news) Wednesday announced that it is negotiating advertising schedules with KABC-TV channel 7 and five radio stations in the Los Angeles market.

The radio stations include KFI ''All Talk 640,'' KRTH ''K-Earth,'' KOST ''Coast 103,'' KLOS ''LA Rock,'' and KACE ''Oldies.''

All stations will promote the ''Top Jobs on the Net'' Internet career site that will be hosted at the KABC web site. This is a similar strategy to that being carried out in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Houston, Texas.

''The combination of TV and radio should maximize our media coverage in Los Angeles,'' said Kurt Johansson, vice president of advertising at DiSX Media.
''TV will give us the breadth and radio the targeted segment reach.'' With more than 5 million television households, Los Angeles is the No. 2 Nielsen TV market in the USA.

Dynamic Information Systems & eXchange Inc. is a public company headquartered in Orem. The company's broadcast/Internet strategies combine the reach of traditional broadcast media with the power of the Internet.
