ETWORK HOLDINGS INTERNATIONAL SIGNS MULTI-FACETED AGREEMENT With Affinity Health Products Agreement Provides Reservations Services, Royalty Income From Private Labeling and a New Health Product Line FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Network Holdings International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NETW) announced today that it had signed an extensive agreement with California based Affinity Health Products, Inc. This agreement, effective immediately, should ultimately provide four new revenue sources for Network Holdings and its subsidiaries, and two elements should have a positive impact on revenue beginning with the second quarter of 1999. The two elements are the handling of travel reservations for Affinity Travel's independent travel agents and royalty income from private labeling of the TravelMax Independent Travel Agent Tutorial. The remaining two elements are a debit card program to be offered by Network America, Inc., a Network Holdings' affiliate, which will be offered to Affinity Health Products' representatives and independent travel agents and the introduction of a private label health product line through Network Holdings' subsidiaries. James C. Healy, executive vice president of operations for Network Holdings International, said, "Our planned timeline is to have all four aspects of this agreement in place and operating by early fourth quarter, of 1999. This is our third agreement to process travel reservations for outside entities since we established an inbound call center operation in January. Growth in this area is already exceeding our projections and will require a further allocation of our resources to take full advantage of the revenue potential and to maintain the level of travel reservations services that our customers and clients have come to expect. The royalty agreement on the Independent Travel Agent Tutorial is our first and, we believe, testimony to the quality of our best selling product. Affinity Health Products is an expanding company and we are excited about the revenue potential that this agreement brings to both of our companies," Healy concluded. Travel reservations and call handling under the agreement with Affinity Health Products will be handled by both the West and East Coast travel reservations offices of TravelMax International, Inc.
