CNC good co - grew by acq's (was just about to post on othr stk so be qwik here) and was in 50's for lonmg while - a good long term hold imo. Think they could be taking a while to integrate that mtg co they acq'd a yr or so ago. Smart mgmt with their acq's over the yrs. I think with this one, you buy a little at a time, from time to time. Yes, BV good to look at. Also looked at MV/BV ratios a yr ago. No time really to get both numer & denom for all - so went with p/e as a proxy for which ones look overvalued and which undervalued
