Ken, you're absolutely correct, i'm definitely one of the uniformed about daytrading. Although I thought there was going to be a gap up followed by a fade. I'm not so sure about your 4-5 trade range until more news comes out, usually VVUS falls harder than it goes up. Vivus needs solid, SLOW price appreciation, not 120% swings. Although, I'll take a 20 to 40 runup later this year :)

I just wish the boards wouldn't get flooded by "daytraders" giving their 2 cents. Just make your money quietly and move on.

Most of the people posting right now like yourself are new to the board

You would have to go back a ways to find the long term investors

Dais Vlad Edderd Mkilloran AlienTech and myself are some

But 90 % of posts this week are from newbees

wvalx,

"the daytraders"

I've lurked here for two days now and am amazed at how un informed some of the folks here are for "investors" Please do not take offense. When ever a stock runs 120% on a product announcement it is like speading blood in the water to a daytrader, both on the up and downside. That is how they make their money.

Personally I have played your stock to the upside yesterday, shorted it today off the gap and back up from the 4 support that was created yesterday. Daytrading is what drives a stock up and down so wildly. If you folks have faith in your long holdings in VVUS then please do not begrudge the daytrader his profit too. Most, or all of your 3 dollars shares will be gone now. Your stock will enter a new trading range between 4 and 5 until the next 'news' comes out. The daytraders will be back and move you up to the next level.

Thanks
Ken
