AOL SUCKS, I unfortunatly decided to try them out on a free offer (I'd be really pissed if I had paid for this crap) and have discovered how truly terrible this service is. For example, it took two hours, three crashes and numerous redials just to get on the web so I could write them this love letter. This is the norm day or night. I have tweaked my system to no avail. Do people really pay for this kind of frustration? They must spend all the money on promotion and none on infrastructure. Great business model.
