Dont be fooled by phase III trials...althought it is in the last stage before you can APPLY for a drug for CE MARK or FDA approval, phase III trials must go on for at least a year minimum...then even with the new module process for getting drugs approved, the company will take another 6 months to a year to complete...This is of course if the phase III trials go well...which if you need an example...check out Shaman Technologies, who was on the brink of getting FDA approval for a drug to help with diarrhea in AIDS patients and PHASE III trials did not go as well as planned and the FDA was not happy with the tests they had run...keep a close watch...but remember could be at least 2 years min.
