Ditchdigger.....Just so there is no doubt....I meant a true split NOT a reverse split.....Whatever your silly agenda anyone with any doubts regarding this company just has to review the news releases over the last year....I see several hundred million in revenues in the pipeline already...and this is just the infancy of the company...neither you or anyone else with an agenda to lower the value will be able to stop a company that is obviously heading toward huge earnings...those of you who are penny players are not long (pun intended) for this company...another one or two quarters and this is a major company...therefore, Marty, and all other investors in this company...just stay cool and enjoy the incredible ride we are all going to be taking...for now the Ditchdiggers etc will just have to be seen for what they are....

tsig filed an 8K on 5 march that included the following write up. I have been trying to do dd (i work full time) on this but i am not sure what it means and what tsig relationship to Visitors Services International Corp. is??

<<. On March 5, 1999, the Registrant's wholly-owned subsidiary, Visitors
Services International Corp., filed a voluntary petition for relief under
Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for the Middle District of
Florida, Tampa Division.
Visitors Services International Corp. was in the business of providing
reservations and information services to Convention and Visitors Bureaus and
convention/event organizers.
Although no assurance can be provided, management of the Registrant
does not believe that the business of the Registrant or of the Registrant's
other subsidiaries will be adversely affected by the bankruptcy filing by
Visitors Services International Corp.
