Sam, Thanks for posting the link to the Company Sleuth. First time I ever heard of it. I registered on their site, listed the stocks I hold and they showed me a proxy statement filed by one of the companies I hold. The proxy statement indicated that in April the company was going to ask shareholders to increase the number of shares the company can issue as options and then do a reverse split on outstanding shares. Seems to me the effect would be to reduce shareholder value while increasing the value of options provided to corporate execs. I just sold all my shares. I thank you for saving me a few bucks. Bruce
