I posted a price target of 225 back in december 98...

at the time, everyone thought i was smoking crack. People in my office looked at me like I had something coming out of the side of my head besides ears. This monday, I upped my year end target to $300 per share prior to the open. Its funny that the stock hit 225 on tuesday before falling back. Everyone in the office was licking my balls so to speak. I see the stock filling a gap short term to 170 range...not much lower though. I purchased shares at average price of $40 per share in mid december (split adjusted). I felt the market value was worth 10 billion going forward, and hence my 225 target. Since then, they have purchased a few companies, most importantly the instant messaging technology firm this past week. This will bring big notoriety to CMGI in the ensuing months and brand awareness. They also started or will be starting a broadcast firm with a former NBC executive. I think broadcasting is a huge huge huge untapped dimension on the net with only one competitor out there, which is now valued at 3 billion! Therefore, with continuing news flow and likely more new firms and purchases, this company is still undervalued...wait for a lil pullback to purchase... but as a long term core holding, I dont see much better out there. Currently I would recommend buying Onsale... yes ONSL... it is very very undervalued at 40 per share... its $100 or more by year end...
