joining Messrs. Wapnick and Pender for the coming six months are H.
Park Duncan of Hovey, Youngman Associates, an investment management
firm in New York, and Mark Small, research strategist for D.A. Davidson,
a regional brokerage firm in Great Falls, Mont.

Newcomer Mr. Duncan is going with EMC Corp., a data-storage
hardware and software company in Hopkinton, Mass. "The surging
importance of information technology, the Internet and electronic
commerce means that reams of critical data are being generated every
day," he says. "Data management is critical." He says EMC has about a
third of a market that is nearly doubling every year, and its earnings are
expected to grow at an annual rate of about 35% for the next few years.

Although the stock was trading at $114.0625 late Tuesday on the New
York Stock Exchange, he says "it's an attractive valuation based on the
strength of their position in the market."
