Verifone was absorbed in HP. Verifone was trading around 30 US when they were bought out by HP in share exchange 1 for 1. HP was trading around high 40s at that time. Mind you, they were a lot bigger then either HYC or CMIV and they did have some ebusiness. IVI actually used to supply some stuff to Verifone. But now they are just a division of HP.
