I do not know.There could be an agreement between people that we do not know about.Someone is buying these cheap shares,ask them.I bought 90% of mine at .19 us.Maybe someone has found out just how promising this co. is,and wants to frustrate investors so they can pick up their shares cheap.Whatever the reason,it is very obvious that something under-handed is going on.IMO

By the way,you can not tell it by the stock price but TCT has just received an OEM contract with VW.Great work guys!!!!(in prescott I mean)Cameron,I hate to keep being negative>But could you have at least interjected a little bit of excitement into that release!
