I have been amazed that the financiers for WAVX (presumably including HP) have waited so long to buy their stake and make their convertible loan. This deal has been "all but signed" since the stock was at $5. I still expect HP to purchase the stake at a premium to the market, but if I was a HP shareholder, I'd be miffed. Perhaps the HP reorganization interfered, but what have they been doing since then; waiting for the checks to come back from the printer? I suppose the answer lies with 7 points being insignificant in the long run, but as Grandma used to say, "a penny saved is a penny earned."
