Very well, we'll leave out the intricacies. As I noted before, the policy was settled -- no further aid to the Contras. When the American government acts in violation both of its Constitution and of the express wishes of its people, any killing that occurs may be called murder. Under the Reagan administration, continued, illegal funding of the Contras resulted in just that.
