Recent gap-up open days start very strong, then run into selling a few minutes later.
However, if the open price holds for 10 minutes without dropping, then usually the rest
of the day is very strong. Especially if the open volume is high 200k shares or more

Sarmad,

This does seem to be the pattern. I need the 3 for 3 and then some;-)

Glenn

Sarmad,

Hope that Amzn moves close to $140 today for you, Glenn, and others.

I have a 100 shares sell pending order at $141 for this morning. Btw, Re-SCI, there were 500 contracts each yesterday for Jul35 initiated, the call premiums was over $5, and the puts premium was $4 1/2. Some one was taking a bullish position on SCI around the 2nd Q-earnings.
