NASDAQ LISTING

Is it true that among other things a company has to have a value of $5 or more to be considered for listing on the nasdaq?

If so then we could see this stock hold or start to climb.

If the company is serious about listing then they should start putting out PR to help the price.

I'm in at $9 and hoping the company gets listed soon.

Too good of a search engine not to grow.

Elliot, so when will the 1998 audited financials be available for investors...? I guess my question is, about when should we expect SLEU to make a major announcement about NASDAQ listing or not...?
