All the regional chains are much smaller than CPU and will not take them over.

CPU has a unique position they can capitalize on: A popular website with a real store to back it up. Some people will not buy through the web- they can get those people. Some people will not buy through the web if there is no store associated with it- they can get those people. For example, you buy something through the web and it doesn't work. You have to try to e-mail or call almost non-existent customer service. If the customer had the option of jsut taking the damn thing to the local store and returning it there, you open a whole new world. Does anyone know if this is possible with CPU now? Are internet purchased products returnable/exchangable at the store?
