Every time I see the # of shares issued I get all warm inside. I think they will do a sec. offering in the US prior to human trials. They wouldn't have an easy time raising money after trials if things didn't go well... "expanding shareholder base..."

For anyone who is interested, the manufacturer of the DeBakey VAD now has a website up and running. The video is well done, but you need RealPlayer Plus G2 to play it. Four more implants are scheduled for next week.
