Dear darling Ms. X,
If I were to vote on this, I gotta disagree wit you. Bruce gave definitions for the B+, B- ratings and obviously Bruce is topnotch when it comes to P&F. Everyone interprets P&F with their own spin, I'd like to think that we are open to different approaches to the P&F method as well.
