Good Morning all,

My opinion on 4th Qtr.:
While I am happy that the company was able to increase the gross margin %, I am rather disappointed that the Revenue only grew marginally over the 3rd quarter. It should have been closer to $10 million (in my opinion).
I will admit that many revenue streams are to be realized in the 1st quarter but now I am less sure of their impact on the overall revenue growth. A higher margin on 20-25 million sales is still not going to make this company profitable. They need to work on revenue growth just as much as margin. Burn the candle at both ends!
Don't look for any Michael Jordan card revenues in the first quarter. I don't think they have shipped yet and therefore not charged to customers (I had put in for one).
Still Holding BII (for now)

John

Hi Mike,

I have to admit that I too am disappointed with these Q4 results and was looking for much stronger revenue growth coupled with significantly improved margins. Unfortunately this did not materialize and give the boost to share price most were probably hoping for.

I am not going to bother rubbing anyone's face in the dirt over this because I think the numbers speak for themselves and I think its pointless to continue making excuses for this company and how they're going to improve in the Q1....yada, yada, yada.

Sili mentioned that if things don't turn around by next quarter, the writing may be on the wall. Unfortunately, after several quarters like this and no substantial improvements, I fear the writing may already be on the wall and that some may not want to face it.

Then again, why am I not surprised by these results...........
