X-Mom,

The CNBC guest was Richard Hoey from Dreyfus. Most interesting was his comment that the internet, blue chip tech and other market leaders that were making new highs earlier this year are no longer doing so, while some of the second tier stocks were. He surmised that this could be signaling at long last a secular rotation into the value stocks, such as the oil service and others.

Meanwhile, I'm looking at RX. It's sector is in a Bull Correction, it's RS is B+ (as Bruce would say <G>), and it's most recent signal was a DTB. But, it recently made a TB. Would you wait to see if it made a TBB, or reversed back up before making a move, or would you go ahead and take a flyer here?
