TriQuint Semiconductor Announces An Alliance With GHz Circuit Design For RFIC Design Services HILLSBORO, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1999-- TriQuint Foundry Customers Now Have a New England Resource for Gallium Arsenide IC Design Services. TriQuint Semiconductor and GHz Circuit Design Inc. today announced an agreement to utilize GHz Circuit Design's third party RFIC design services in conjunction with TriQuint's GaAs IC Foundry Services. The agreement provides customers with turnkey GaAs RFIC services and an RFIC design presence in the New England geographical area. Customers, while contracting with TriQuint, will have access to, and be supported by GHz Circuit Design's radio frequency integrated circuit design team. TriQuint will then move the design into production providing wafer manufacturing, die packaging and IC testing services. TriQuint is developing a worldwide network of independent, authorized Design Centers to support its market-leading GaAs Foundry Services.
