Anybody heard of Hanyon Technology???

Sounds nice in that it's immediately accretive. But what did they buy?

Brooks Automation To Buy Korean Software, Equip Firm

CHELMSFORD, Mass. (Dow Jones)--Brooks Automation Inc. (BRKS) agreed to acquire Hanyon Technology, a Korean firm which makes semiconductor manufacturing equipment and software.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Tuesday, the company expects Hanyon, which had 1998 revenue of $6 million, to immediately add to earnings for fiscal 1999 and 2000.

Brooks posted 1998 losses of $18.4 million, or $1.84 a share.

Brooks supplies software and equipment to semiconductor, data-storage and flat-panel-display manufacturers.
