I find it laughable that a company starved for capital goes a year or so and can't serve court papers but doesn't look for an alternative source of service until now. Who's kidding whom?

Thanks Larry, I think that matches our information from the last court hearing that if they continued to be unsuccessful serving Katherine then the court would accept a published public notice. I guess I was hoping that that had already been done :-(

Unless this new deal includes a Jackson settlement of some sort, which remains to be seen.

And so, we continue to wait...
