Jim Thanks, I'll check out GSIC. RE: the mountain, you will love this one. I'm going to try to pick up the valley that leads to the ridge top. You real estate people are sharp. I'll called my agent and said, "why don't we send her a check and a contract and see if we can get her to sell." He said no. He said to use honesty with her. Call her and say "hi it's you neighbor. Look I just got lucky in the stock market and to be honest, I don't know what I'll use this money for but, we have talked before and you had said if you ever did sell you would sell to me. Well I'm not sure how long I'll have this money so I thought I'd ask you now, while I had it." What a master my agent. The best to you Jim, I thought you would get a kick out of that one.
