RG,

I think I addressed this question in a roundabout way in my postings to Mike and Donkeyman.

Amazon, Yahoo and EBAY are companies that have always had major profile and "big wig" backing. These are THE leaders of the industry and therefore I no longer see relevance in comparing them to BII and it's disappointing performance. BII has had many chances to not only improve revenues and margins, but also to increase it's U.S. exposure and awareness among investors which it has failed to accomplish. When or if BII reaches the NASDAQ, investors down south will look at these numbers and see that they are less than impressive and a long way off from being a serious player in the market. The effect will be a complete lack of enthusiasm and anyone expecting a share price runup just because it lists on the NASD is going to be very disappointed.

>>You have to have some faith<<

I've been riding this company since early November, and I can tell you that I've been through the ups and downs along with many others and have tried to keep the faith. You could understand that given today's developments, my faith has been badly shaken and I think it's time for BII to contemplate merging or some change in its business model if it wants to stay in business and maximize shareholder value. Any which way you cut it, a lot of valuable time has been wasted by this company over the years and the effects are showing with each passing quarter.
