I opened my account about a month ago, and could not be more pleased ESPECIALLY with their customer service. I had some questions, which I E-Mailed to them and got my answers the next day. The E-Mail even suggested that I call him direct for further information which I did.

Every time I have phoned, someone has answered the phone, and I have not been placed on hold for 20 minutes like E*Trade. I am not sure how they do this but it's quite different.

I use Level 4 so the trades are executed within seconds.

I am surprised that you cannot trade with money from a sale you make. Are you sure about that? - seems odd...

I have been using the "silver" for over a year now. I guess that's now called level one. I get my conformations in two seconds .....as advertised.
