Sorry RG, but I think you need to review your post.

You said 10% of the stockholders are Canadian. Take a look if you don't believe me.

Whatever the case, it doesn't matter anyways. 70% could be American, and chances are they would dump every last share they had in the face of today's financials.

Sorry but,
If 90% of BID.COM's customers are in the U.S.
They should be marketing and advertising there.
I personally think BII management should be concentrating on the company, its revenues and profitability, NOT how it will effect the stock price. NASDAQ has NOTHING to do with advertising in the U.S. to better the company. I may be a stockholder but I do not think the company should be worried about me, stockholders, or the stock price.

If they do the right things for the company, the stock price will take care of itself.
