Thank you for your time and the information. It makes sense, and as I mentioned, I've watched the SEC do this same "dog through hoop" trick previously.

The issue, once the merger is approved, is of course the share price. Hopefully the merger will bump the price based on assets, revs and growth above the magic $3.00 mark and listing will no longer be a problem.

I'm sure you are aware of this site, however I'll provide the URL for reference. You should be able to record around from the headers.
