Mr. Zaghloul:

Your management must be good to get you where you are now. Yet the daunting task I perceive for your company next year is to be able to handle explosive international growth. Mr. Sinclair expertise is in building and selecting people for such growth.

To sell Wi-Lan to Lucent, Acatel, Cisco, etc. will make Wi-LAN a single. I figure they would give you 1-2x next years revenues of $75,000,000. That would be between $4-8 dollars per share plus royalties.

Connect with the right company and your company could be the next Iomega. There stock went from $2-70 in two years. Now that would be a home run.

Happy investing,
