UBID, ONSL are more comparable to BII in many ways, but here again you have major institutional support and company's with major profile. These examples still don't change the situation here one iota. These companies have larger margins and stronger revenues than BII, and BII has already fallen behind in this game.

I know that it seems like I'm shooting down every attempt on your part to salvage what's left of today's wreckage, but I am just trying to point out that BII has some serious problems to deal with. We're at the stage where proving yourself first has become the priority versus achieving wild stock valuations, THEN proving yourself later. The online auction business would already appear to be overcrowded as it is, and I don't honestly think there's room for this company in the market. A merger is their best chance at survival at this point, and since Godin's first priority should be to maximize shareholder value in the face of these "numbers," he should seriously contemplate such a move. Perhaps he already has, given management's small % ownership in this company thus far.
