Just posted on Raging Bull.......... CONFIRMED WITH SCMI CHAIRMAN I just got off the phone with Ed and feel very confident about this deal. The deal with HITS will be completed this FRIDAY!!! You will retain all your shares of SCMI through International Healthcare Solutions dividend, which will also trade publicly. IMO we are going far with this one, Mark

Just spoke to ED..Anyone buying SCMI through this week WILL RECEIVE SHARES OF HITSGALORE.COM, at a 6-1 conversion at SCMI current price. Once the merger takes place, Friday, March 12..NASD has to be notified. Starting Monday, March 15 you will have 10 days to purchase stock and receive shares in both companies at the same ratio. On Tuesday, (ED is not positive on this time frame) SCMI will disappear from our screens and we will see the Hitsgalore.com (HITS) symbol on our screens. Now at this time, we will be able to buy HITS, and still receive shares in SCMI..BUT we will be paying the HITS trading price at that time...same conversion rate ( 1 share of HITS..and 6 shares of SCMI). HITS share price has not been determined at this time. I hope this is clear WE HAVE ALL THIS WEEK TO BUY SCMI at this current price and receive HITS. Next week, we will be able to buy HITS and receive SCMI...BUT at a HITS trading price. Press release is currently in hands of lawyers...to be released Friday or Monday
