Tabler, is that how you do it? Just sell, with out indicating short? That works , doesn't it.

On DATEK you simply sell and its a short. If DATEK has it in stock and is allowing people to short it then the sell will go through, if not then you will get a message stating why. When DATEK was allowing short positions on anything it was great but now they will not let you short anything. I guess this one got by them because it moved so fast. My question was why did it sell at less than $5. I always thoght that was against SEC regs.
